  • Given that the index addon is working in the first place, I suspect that the answer is in knowing about templates. -- LorenEvey - 24 May 2007
  • Hm. Yes, I fiddled around a bit and just seemed like I ticked it off. We're getting weird errors that make it seem the scripting is wrong?!? http://www.medicalhistology.us/twiki/bin/viewfile/Main/PluginRequest?rev=1;filename=errorIndexAddOn.pdf -- AshleyLPistorio - 24 May 2007
  • Notice that I added a subheading for pending support by the folks at TWiki.org. -- LorenEvey - 24 May 2007
  • The Index Generator addon is loaded and active. Nevertheless, I can't figure out how to use it. The link in the "note" column should get you started. Right off the bat, I don't know what "your site" is asking for. I can create chapter titles, save them, but then I do not know what I have done or how to display a navigation bar. -- LorenEvey - 24 May 2007
  • True, true... skins would be a last housekeeping kind of thing anyway. But first we need to make sure the dustbunnies are out from under the furniture. The Quick Menu Skin was updated in Feb of this year to be compliant with TWiki4.1.0
    • I might take you up on the domain-- but I definitely won't have time to play on it just yet. There is so much to do here before I get to messing with skins. So, now or later, it would be useful for me ot have a testing ground so I can crash my very own site. smile -- AshleyLPistorio - 24 May 2007
  • This site started out with the Quick Menu Skin. At first, it seamed ideal. But then after awhile, it just seemed "not right." It is hard to explain. It might be that after the site becomes "stable" the quick menu skin would fly. As I recall, quick menu has not kept up with engine upgrades. This makes me nervous. The pattern skin is the default skin and is endorsed by the "boss" of TWiki. It just seems like the best bet when there is so much going on with development. I am looking at the Nat skin. Let me know if you are interested in a TWiki site of your own. I could setup "yourdomain.info" over the weekend. Suggest an available domain name and I will take care of everything including the domain fee. You could "play" with skins without risking disastrous effects. -- LorenEvey - 23 May 2007
  • what do you think of these?
  • Does the AlbumOfSnaps plugin bypass the attachment size limitation? I had to break down the entire chapter thumbnail set upload into two parts b/c it exceeded the size (I was using the bulk upload of a zipped folder add-on). -- AshleyLPistorio - 18 May 2007
  • Please test the PhotoarchivePlugin. Diagostics indicate that it works. Let me know. It will take another day or so to successfully install the ImagePlugin. -- LorenEvey - 17 May 2007
  • I was trying to figure out why your dates did not include four digits for the year. Then it dawned on me. You must have entered the date manually. Click the calander icon when in table edit mode, then click the "today" bar of the applet. -- LorenEvey - 16 May 2007 - 21:19
  • Try clicking the header names. You will see why I included the "Date Modified" column. Note the "initsort" setting for the Table configuration (raw view or edit mode). -- LorenEvey - 16 May 2007 - 09:26
  • What's wrong with our row count? Oh, it's probably set to sort alphabetically by plugin name, not row number? -- AshleyLPistorio - 16 May 2007 - 09:17
  • This topic was created, not only to manage plugin requests, but also to demonstrate the utility of the Table, EditTable, and SpeadSheet plugins. No formulas are embedded in this table. Nevertheless, be aware that variables/formulae can be created, displayed, calculated, and stored in cells. -- LorenEvey - 16 May 2007 - 07:45
